Everyone is an Individual
Whoever you consult should be considering you first and foremost – there should not be an automatic recommendation to have tooth straightening porcelain veneers fitted for everyone, as often features on television make-over programmes. And not everyone should consider tooth whitening treatments – if you have one root-filled tooth – it will not bleach at the same rate as the teeth either side of it, and the result will be an even greater contrast with the other teeth – making things look worse and not better.
As with hair styles – each person should be viewed individually – certain styles will suit different face shapes, and just because one person looks right with a fringe, doesn’t mean that it would suit everyone.
